Senior-led appointment work, shaped by experience.

Made4Tech Global was founded by Wayne Bennett — a Black founder and board member with the Chartered Management Institute (West Midlands & North West), contributing to leadership and management practice across the region — to support organisations making critical interim leadership and specialist appointments where risk, complexity and pace collide.

Wayne's career spans over 30 years across technology recruitment and leadership, from early infrastructure and Unix/Windows environments through to cloud, data and AI. That breadth means he engages at both technical and leadership level with genuine credibility — not just as a recruiter, but as someone who has lived through the evolution of the market.

Made4Tech Global is small by design. Clients work directly with senior leadership throughout each engagement, ensuring continuity, discretion and clarity. We operate within structured environments — including Statement of Work (SOW) frameworks — where required.

Interim-first thinking informs everything we do, including specialist permanent appointments. The same principles apply: clear role definition, realistic market insight and careful assessment of leadership risk.
