Wayne Bennett is the Founder and Director of Made4tech Global and a specialist in recruiting professionals within the Technology, Business Change & Transformation markets. Working in recruitment for over 25 years, his experience in the industry encompasses many areas within the technology discipline.
Recruiting within the technology space Wayne has witnessed the change within the industry, encouraging him to advocate for female and diverse leadership and advise businesses on effective diverse and inclusive strategy to hire.
Wayne has worked with organisations ranging from, major corporates, SMEs and technology led start ups, giving him exposure to placing professionals in positions ranging from senior management to âhands onâ technical roles. This has given him great insight into the ever-changing requirements for hiring talent with diverse, and often niche skill sets.
Wayneâs passion for female empowerment and diversity in the workplace stems from his family background.
Coming from a large family where he is the oldest of ten children, and having two children and five grandchildren himself, he is constantly reminded by his family what strong women and diversity is.
